These Terms govern your use of ClassEx.co.uk (“Platform”), operated by Class Ex. By accessing our Platform, you agree to these legally binding Terms.
2. Definitions
- “Tutor” = Certified language instructor on our platform
- “Course” = Pre-recorded lesson packages
- “Lesson” = 1-on-1 tutoring session
3. Account Registration
3.1 Student Accounts
- Must be 13+ years old (or have parental consent)
- Provide accurate current language level
3.2 Tutor Accounts
- Must submit verifiable teaching credentials
- Pass background checks
4. Services
4.1 Tutoring
- Scheduled via Platform calendar
- Conducted on Zoom/Google Meet
4.2 Courses
- Lifetime access after purchase
- Downloadable worksheets included
5. Payments & Refunds
5.1 Tutoring Sessions

- Refundable within 7 days if <20% completed

- All prices in GBP/USD
- Chargebacks result in automatic account suspension
6. Intellectual Property

7. User Obligations
Prohibited Conduct:
- Sharing login credentials
- Recording sessions without consent

- Violating Code of Conduct
- Inactivity >12 months
9. Disclaimers
- We don’t guarantee fluency outcomes
- Tutor opinions are their own
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Disputes must be filed in Nigerian courts.
11. Changes to Terms
We’ll notify users 30 days before changes take effect.
